To our patients:
We are very much looking forward to seeing your smiling faces in our office starting May 18th, 2020. We have all been through a lot over the last few months and Maine still has a long journey ahead.
As always, our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We will continue to follow these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance.
You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. Please know infection control has been and always will be our top priority.
For example: Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions over the phone. Our team will be screened before starting their work day. Please postpone any appointments if symptoms of COVID-19 are present or those who have had potential exposure to COVID-19. Unless, it is a dental emergency. Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. We will have you wait in your car and will call you when the room is ready. Staff will be wearing appropriate PPE that has been recommended.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for understanding and being patient with us. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming back our patients, neighbors and friends.
